I have a three bedroom house on sale rd. It's semi detached. As my children have all flown the nest, me and my wife have decided to exchange to a Ground Floor flat, or Bungalow. I can't really walk up stairs anymore. I'll defenatly except a 2bedroom place, but even a one bedroom if it's large.
