A job opportunity has arisen for an FM Analyst for a leading Commercial Property Investment Company specialising in major City Centre opportunities, a handsome portfolio and an attractive annual turnover.

 

You will be joining the team as an FM Analyst. This varied role will see you implementing and maintaining a new Property Management and Accounting system, ensuring all data is transferred correctly, ensuring that all information flows between departments. As well as this, your role will deal with service changes within facilities, ownership of budgets and answering queries from tenants on service charges.

 

You will have all round experience, excellent interpersonal skills, knowledge of accounting systems and awareness of FM.
