Sous Chef
My client is looking for a 2nd Chef for their 17th Century farmhouse, which is situated 11 miles North of Norwich. With its charm and beauty, Set in 1.5 acres of beautifully kept gardens and with its large duck pond, the peaceful atmosphere is ideal. Duties include cooking and preparation of meals for their 80-cover restaurant. You will be heading up a team of 3, and must be able to work with others and also on your own on quieter times. Stock control, waste management and portion control are essential. Working hours 40-60 on a rota system including weekends.
