Home Manager - Sheringham - Norfolk

Our client, a small group of Care Homes based around Norfolk and Cambridgeshire, is seeking a home manager for its 28 bedded home for the elderly in Sheringham, Norfolk.

As the ideal candidate you'll need to be a nurse with management experience of a similar sized care home (or larger) dealing with the elderly on a day to day basis, writing care plans, hiring and managing staff, maintaining a budget and above all providing the best care possible in this 'good' rated care home.

This role comes with an excellent salary and benefits package and will suit somebody with a history of managing consistently well rated services
