Position: Customer Service Advisor

Salary: £5.75 per hour during probation period rising to £6.15 per hour after successful completion of the probation period

Location: Kings Lynn Hospital Gayton Rd Kings Lynn Norfolk PE30 4ET

Hours: 40 hours per week both AM and PM shifts with some weekend work.

We are focused on providing services for patients and remain committed to improving the hospital experience.

You should be comfortable working in a sales targeted environment, be customer focused, an excellent communicator, enthusiastic, self-motivated and a team player. You should be able to work on your own initiative as the positions are not office based and 95% of your time will be spent on the hospital wards at Kings Lynn Hospital.

Essential Requirements:

* You must be experienced in working to sales or customer service targets

* Experience of sales or customer services dealing with the general public preferably in a face to face environment

* Successful applicants will be required to complete an enhanced CRB Disclosure

Hospedia is operational 365 days a year covering an 08:00-20:00 service so weekends and bank holidays may be worked on a rota.
