Receptionist
Our client is a professional organisation with offices throughout the UK. Due to internal promotion they are looking for a full time and permanent Receptionist for their Kings Lynn office.
Duties include answering all incoming telephone calls, redirecting calls to the appropriate member of staff or taking messages. You will meet and greet customers entering the office in a professional and courteous manner and assist with customer queries in the first instance. There will also be a small amount of administration to support other members of the team.
The suitable candidate will have a good customer service background, be well presented and have a clear and polite telephone manner. Office experience isn’t a necessity; however basic computer skills will be required.
Hours are 9am to 5.30pm Monday to Friday.
