I have a 2 bedroom NCC house in Lakenham and urgently require a 3 or 4 bedroom house as I have recently had twins.

The property has a large kitchen / diner, lounge with bay window, 2 double bedrooms (1 spacious with large bay window), and a bathroom with bath and shower. A new bathroom suite was fitted last summer, as well as a new boiler and heating system. (Gas CH radiators). It has a medium sized garden, fully fenced with a small wooden shed. Off road parking at the front of the property.

The property is not within an estate, but instead part of a row of houses accessed by a private driveway, set back from the main road.

It is a 20 minute walk into the city centre, opposite a primary school and Surestart Centre and walking distance to both the Hewitt and City of Norwich High Schools. Sainsbury's on Queens Road is a 15 minute walk away.

I have nice neighbours and am disappointed to have to leave the property, only doing so due to the need for at least one more bedroom.

Ideally I would like somewhere nearer my daughters school (Open Academy) - Heartsease, Salhouse, Rackheath would be ideal. However I will consider any areas. I would prefer a garden as I have young children but for the right property I may sacrifice this.
