The house has five enormous double bedrooms and two spacious single bedrooms in a large, late, great Victorian house built on three floors and surrounded by four acres of enchanted woodland located in a quiet conservation area south of Norwich about a 15-minute casual walk from the city centre. It’s a friendly house (large but cosy) with an efficient central-heating system plus an inviting terraced garden with an Italian-designed hammock to enjoy whiling away the time in the balmy summer months. Use of all house facilities, incl. Parking. Unfortunately, no smoking is allowed.
