Hello, we are urgently looking for a 2 or 3 bedroom, modern House in Norwich Dereham or Surrounding Areas, It must be newly refurbished inside (kitchen and bathroom) and ideally have laminated/wooden floors, we don't want to pay more than 600 and are hoping for a long term let.

we would be happy with a new build or character cottage :)

We currently rent through William H Brown so rest assured we are good clean, quiet tenants, and are able to provide references and a deposit is no problem, just hoping to rent privately to avoid estate agents ridiculous fees!
