We Have a loverly two bed house with a small garden, perfect for anyone wanting a hassle free life.
Were close to city its only a walk but its one a quiet road where alot of the road is privately owned.

We have two good size bedrooms large landing and upstairs bathroom with seperate toilet. Small windowed cupboard and boarded loft.

Downstairs we have a 16 ft by almost 16ft living room which is at back of house we have a nice size entrance hall (i have a big buggy and theres plenty of room even with that in it)

The kitchen is of a medium size i would say, it has enough room to move around in and doesnt feel small even when the girls are "helping".

This brings me on to the reason i want to move and why haven't i found a house by now if the house is lovely as i say.
Well i moved here nearly two years ago with my two girls within the first month i fell pregnant with my little one who is a just over year old and is in my bed as i have nowhere for her to go now shes to big for her cot. I love the house as my little one was born here to.But i need to move as its too small for all of us

I have had quite a few veiwings and alot of intrest in my property, the down side of most are although they are three bed houses they are about the same if not smaler than what i have already, one house i loved a three bed lots of space but it was to far out, and a three way swap that fell through with the other party.

I dont know if anyone can help i really want to get settle in the first part of the year as i want to get settled before my next child has to go to school in sept.
