Restaurant Manager, 2AA Rosette, Norfolk Coast, Up to £25 package

Salary £25,000 package

My client is looking for a strong Restaurant Manager to lead a team of 10 chefs serving great fresh food for the 2 AA awarded restaurant using seasonal and local produce

You will have strong leadership skills with proven ability within a front of house Restaurant Manager’s role in the past, recruitment, training, health and safety, opening and closing the unit would also fall under your remit. The hotel has a busy restaurant and bar so experience with high volume would be essential because the summer period gets very busy with outside seating.

Experience at this level is a must for all applicants

The position COULD come with accommodation for the right person
