Overview: An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Chef de Partie at one of the busiest and most established hotels in North Norfolk. About us: The Hoste Arms is a seventeenth-century coaching inn offering 35 stylish bedrooms in Burnham Market, a stone’s throw away from the beautiful North Norfolk coast, with its stunning beaches and walks. Although situated on the village green in one of Norfolk`s most well-known villages, The Hoste benefits from a country house ambience, with a roaring log fire in the cosy front bar, a panelled dining room, light filled conservatory and pretty walled garden tucked behind the stylish Moroccan themed terrace.

Job requirements: Your rota will be based on a five day week with split shifts. As a Chef de Partie you will be required to show a real talent for cooking high quality fresh food and menu development. You also need a professional attitude and sound management skills with good attention to detail and have a demonstrated track record of success.

As you would expect with an award winning restaurant, every person that we recruit has a full induction, contract of employment, personal training manual, job description and regular appraisals.
