nice double room in old terraced house off unthank road, ten minutes walking from city center, 5min to bus stop 25, biking to uni or hospital takes about 10/15minutes.

the house is quite big, 4 v spacious bedrooms, (abt 20sm each) two bathrooms + toilets (one shower and one bathtub), living room, fully furnished and very recently refreshed kitchen . internet, and phone abt £4 per person per month

there will be three of us in the house, two phd students & one yg prof. we are quite clean and tidy but nonetheless relaxed and laid back, enjoying the occasional night out.
