Hi to whomever may be reading this. I am a single 51 year old female and am looking for a friend or friends to exercise and diet with. I am willing to join a gym, club or even just go out walking - just would like someone to do it with to make it more enjoyable and hopefully give each other the inspiration and encouragement to get fit and lose some weight at the same time.
