Two large double rooms in a very large five-bedroom house are available now. Two rooms have new double beds, bookshelves, computer desks and large wardrobes.
The large house has a large kitchen, two bathrooms, a large nice garden, enough multi-car parking space and four receptions: one large lounge, one dinner room, one sitting room (A large TV with free-view channels and DVD player) and one entertainment room with a Snooker table for playing.
The house is 15min bike distance from university and JIC centre. There is a bus stop in front of the house to city centre and railway station. Besides it is also 5min walk to the No12 &24 bus stops to university and JIC. One double room is 270 per month and the other is 290 per month. The extra bill will be 30-40 pounds per month per person including TV licence, 10M wireless broadband, water, electricity and Gas.
You will share the house with one professional in UEA and two UEA master students, who are very nice and friendly.
The contract will be signed directly with the landlord for at least six month.
