The house is a 3 bed, 20 mins walk from the city centre and shared by a boy and girl both in late twenties. It has a lovely modern kitchen/diner and separate living room so there is plenty of space. The room has a cupboard and bed at the moment but these can be moved if you have your own furniture.

We're looking for someone laid-back and relatively normal, if there is such thing! Also, the rent is all inclusive so it's a total bargain..
