Human Resources Administrator
Based in Watton, STV International Ltd is a family-owned business, distributing products to retailers throughout the UK. Due to continued growth we have 2 current vacancies.
We are looking for an individual already working within an HR Administration role, which encompasses all areas of personnel, including facilitating recruitment and staff reviews, preparing payroll inputs, maintaining all legal paperwork, personnel procedures, staff records and the company pension scheme. The successful candidate will also act as the company coordinator for Health & Safety, training and development, company induction, vehicles and insurance. Experience in a similar role, a good working knowledge of employment legislation and resolving staffing issues are a must. Strong IT, communications and organizational skills are also required for this role alongside the ability to work to tight deadlines.
This is a permanent full time position.
Salary £15-£20k pa, doe.
