We are looking for one or a pair of DJs for our wedding. Don't need superb mixing. Definitely don't want the Macarena or birdie song. And we don't want a "wedding DJ"- so NO AGENCIES PLEASE

But if you've maybe played some student nights and can get people dancing then we'd like to hear from you. Thinking mainstreamish to begin with (Sexy Back, Hung Up, Crazy, Toxic, some winehouse, maybe bit of shakira) mixed up with some old stuff like Stones, Blondie, Bangles, T-rex, Free.
Later on maybe more hiphop/old school and a bit darker with a few randoms chucked in, A-team themes and the like.

We want people who'll have fun behind the decks and not be too precious. There's bound to be some bad drunken requests and we'll probably want to add in a few "must haves" beforehand

If you've got a demo CD then please email for my address. References definitely a bonus. If not, then if you've got any nights on please let me know and I'll try to see you (tho' we live in London, so may not be able to).

It's a fairly tight budget for the wedding, so looking at £300ish for the night (20h30-00h30), tho' this could be negotiable.
