The house is a clean warm property with high ceilings throughout. The property comprises of a large front living room with a bay window and built in gas fire, a large dining room with a brick fire place and large book shelving either side as well as under stair storage, a large spacious kitchen with lots of cupboard space gas hob and oven including white goods, a large bathroom that has a shower over bath and is very clean. The property also has a garden that is well maintained and good in the summer months, as well as secure for storing bikes.

The property is located in the heart of the golden triangle on bury st. a very quiet and chilled street, which is close to a range on convenience stores, take-aways and pubs as well as a bus stop that goes straight to the UEA and hospital as well as the city center.

My housemates are clean, fun-loving, professional and welcoming people. They are a couple sharing the front bedroom one being a 27 yr old male and his girlfriend being a 21 yr old female. They are quiet as well as easy to get along with.

The house is council tax band B and has wifi internet throughout the property supplied via virgin cable. The house is fully gas central heated and is very cheap on bills.
