A Well established recruitment company within the industrial sector is looking to open a new branch in Peterborough and require an experienced recruitment consultant and business developer to join a small friendly team.
You will be setting up and running the new Peterborough branch and the role involves developing the business and acquiring new clients and job roles for temporary and permanent placements.

You will need a minimum of 18 months experience within the industrial sector (other relevant sectors will be considered). You will have a proven track record of hitting fair monthly targets, you will be able to ‘hit the ground running’ and have client focus at all times with excellent service and masses of common sense.

As an industrial agency we lead by example, you will be very energetic, always ready to help clients and ready to go the extra mile.

The recruitment sector as a whole has been hit by the current economic situation, you will be able to reach businesses that are recruiting and engage with them. Know their requirements and supply the highest quality of staff in order to become a preferred supplier.

Basic salary will depend on experience and there will be a performance related commission.
