I offer one-on-one tuition in weaving scheduled to fit around your schedule.

I will cover:
winding a warp and preparing it for the loom
transferring the warp smoothly onto the back beam of the loom
preparing a threading plan for the harnesses
Threading the heddles
Sleying the beater
tieing onto the front beam
tieing up the harnesses
weaving an assortment of patterms
how to produce a draw down from a threading plan, a tie up, and treadling

All of this can be taught in two 5-6 hour days or instruction, or over a series of short lessons according to your availability. We can work on your loom or my loom. Instruction is £10 per hour.
