We have a lovely double room available in Mattishall, which is about 10 minutes drive from Dereham, and 25 minutes drive to Norwich (or 10 minutes drive to Costessey Park & Ride), for 300 pounds per calendar month, including all bills and wireless internet access and Sky.

There is 3 people living here at the moment, Alun (37, also the owner of the house), myself (23) and Gemma (22), and also a very independant cat called Alfie. We are looking for someone areound the same age of mid-twenties to mid-thirties. We are a sociable house, we enjoy having friends over and going out to watch movies, or just sitting at home watching telly after a hard days work. What we really want is someone who is friendly and sociable so we aren't sitting in sitting in silence all evening, haha. Alun is pretty relaxed about everything, you aren't tied into leases or anything, just work on a month by month basis, and his only real requirement is that you are house-trained and respectful of his stuff.
