This is a fantastic opportunity for a Qualified Social Worker with a minimum of two years experience to work in a Leaving Care Team. This role is for a minimum of three months and the candidate must be a car driver.

Responsibilities will be to work with care leavers 16-21 (24 if in Higher Education), to assess and meet needs within the Children (leaving care) Act 2000. Some of the care leavers are looked after and through Pathway Planning will be moving towards independence. The majority are living in semi independent or independent housing.

Applicants should be GSCC registered with a recent CRB check and experience in this field.
