Classic Scam.
Any one else had trouble with Mr Iain Morrison?
He seemed decent charming; hardly looked at my place then transferred the deposit into my bank account then a couple of days later wanted it back, with various excuses; firstly he could not stay six months then he was off to Aberdeen.
This looks like a classic scam, where you pay the deposit back with your good nature then six, ten or more weeks later the bank says the original monies came from a fraudulent bank account so they just take the original money away from you leaving you being ripped off the deposit amount.
Any one else had similar with him?
