Full Description:

The shells are built from industrial grade ABS with steel counter-hoops tensioned by the tried and tested multi-screw tuning system. Traps electronic ride, crash and hi hat cymbals are also constructed from durable ABS with inbuilt triggers and NOW SOFTER rubber playing areas to absorb impact noise.

Traps can easily be set up for right or left handed play because all sets use the same chromed steel-tubed rack system to mount drum and cymbal hardware as their acoustic brothers, but with an extra piece of tubing on the hi hat side to take the brand-new drum sound module.

E400 Traps is all you need in one box to start proper drumming - for once without disturbing the neighbours! For your money you get 5 regular-sized mesh-headed drums: 10, 12 and 14" toms, 20" bass and 12" snare; two electronic cymbals, an electronic hi hat cymbal, hi hat stand with trigger module, kick pedal, two boom cymbal arms, snare basket and a power supply for the Traps- brain.
As far as the digital sounds contained within the E-450 Traps brain are concerned there are well over a 380 high quality samples captured within 50 different sets.

The back of the brain has a collection of jack sockets for input of triggers from drums, hi hat and cymbals.

Otherwise there are inputs for audio, power and headphones as well as stereo outputs for PA (if you change your mind and decide to really annoy the folks next door) and MIDI IN AND OUT to connect to your PC, MIDI recorder, sampler or sound module. One other fantastic thing about E400 is that it isn't just an electronic set. No, it can very easily become an acoustic set just by changing the mesh heads to regular plastic ones and sticking cymbals on the boom stands. What a bargain.
