It is a lovely light double room with storage space as well as half of the walk in wardrobe style third bedroom. The house is a typical Golden Triangle style terrace, on Lincoln street just off Unthank Road- lots of period features and furnished, with neutral modern decor. Bills and rent together would be £440 a month, which includes energy, phone, wireless broadband, council tax, TV licence (and freeview too). Permit parking.
