Hello there The house is semi-detached, 15 minutes walk to the CITY CENTRE & the TRAIN STATION and with a car 2 mins from the BYPASS. (Lakenfields, off city rd, NR1). The room is a double, but furnished with a single bed (optional), desk & chair (optional too) & an inbuilt wardrobe (not optonal!)
The Kitchen is of a good size with a breakfast area. Front and rear Garden, rear garden is excellent as it is fairly private (BBQ's here we come!)
The applicant must be hygeinic, tidy and courteous - your room is your room though, thats up to u! Ideally someone who is well-domesticated with a social sense of humour but also knows when to respect privacy.
All bills are included in the price. This includes Rent, Unmetered Water, Gas, Electric (normal use!), Council Tax & Unlimited Wireless Broadband. Other household items we all take turns in purchasing and as for the general cleaning we also all muck in & try to keep ontop of! The livingroom has a widescreen TV, freeview box and DVD player with surround sound, vhs player, N64, a playstation 2 & an Xbox! The parking available is onroad permit parking.
