I am a 23 yo female living in a 2 bedrooms terrace house in the city, my actual housemate is leaving and I need a new housemate to share rent and bills, the house is tidy, recently decorated, 15 minutes walking to city centre. The bedroom is large double, fully furnished: 2 wardrobes and chest of draws, and space for a desk if needed. The house rent is £285 each one, plus bills. We have calculated it will be a total of £385 pcm including bills and council tax each one but I can't pay all myself.
