hi folks. my housemate has just got a promotion and so will be moving away end of june. That leaves me a cosey room, furnished with single bed, drawers and wardrobe to rent out in my 2 bedroom aprtment which i myself own. it is a new build overlooking the river on duke street. i have an open plan living room with large plasma tv, sky etc. as its my home i would only like to hear from clean and tidy people, male or female who arent going to trash it. id like a flatmate who is fairly laidback and good fun to be around and who also likes a drink or two.

there is no parking space in the complex and so would suit somebody who walks to work in the city. also i dont mind if you are only wanting the room for a few nights of the week, as we arrange a pay as you stay thing if you like.

the apartment has 2 bathrooms, one is an ensuite to my room which you can use and the other is a bath and toilet only bathroom. bills included so nothing more to pay.
