About the business:
Cocoabean is excited to be working alongside a company with a fantastic reputation. This well established business, based in the outskirts of the city, is now looking for a "hands on" team leader who can provide support to a busy department.
About the Job:
* This role asks for a team leader who is prepared to really get stuck in, occasionally offering support to the Service Desk when needed ensuring a streamline service between the customer and the service department.
* On a monthly basis you will be mentoring, coaching and delivering one-one to your team.
* In this role you will not only need to show amazing performance management skills you will also be able to demonstrate how you can build and strengthen individual and team skills. You will embrace individual needs and ensure that each member of staff pushes their boundaries at all times ensuring 1st class customer service.
* You will be responsible for ensuring that all documentation is efficiently and accurately processed and that all information is passed to the correct division.
About you:
* You will be able to demonstrate the highest levels of leadership, coaching and motivating team members.
* You will have admirable communication skills with an itching desire to excel in your career.
* Accurate data entry skills, paying attention to every little detail.
* Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
* Good knowledge of Microsoft software.
