Full time food production assistants required to work in a holiday village close to Thetford.

Duties include:
• Assisting in the basic preparation of food including vegetables, salad and fruit.
• Assisting in the service of dishes
• Working to company standards in production, safety and hygiene
• Reporting to senior chef any shortages of food, equipment or cleaning materials
• To follow the guidelines on stock control, portion control and food wastage
• Liaise and work closely with the team
Attend all company training
Requirements:
• Formal cooking qualification desirable but willingness to work towards this is preferable as training for the candidate will be provided.
• Some experience of working in the catering industry desirable

Salary £12,375 per annum. Hours of work are shifts which total 160 hours per 4 week period. Excellent company benefits.
Transport is essential to be able to get to and from work.
