Male or female required for a double room on Unthank Road in Norwich. The room is £226 per month (excl bills) on a monthly contract and available 1st August. It may be possible to negotiate a slightly earlier date.

The bedroom will be unfurnished, but the current housemate may be able to leave you the double bed if it is required. Room faces the back of the house so is quiet. The house has a newly refurbished bathroom, living room and dining room. All bedrooms are upstairs. The garden is large and grassed, with a patio area for BBQs and a shed for bikes. We have furnished the house between us, but we are happy for your input as well! Parking is on-street (no permit) but we never have a problem getting a space.

We are looking for someone friendly and sociable who is happy to pull his or her weight around the house. You will be sharing with one male teacher and one female postgrad.
