Our house is greatly located between city centre and UEA (NR2 4QS), with all local shop around the corner and with bus station nearby. The house has all modern facilities and amenities (fully equipped kitchen, washing machine, internet. Petite, but nice garden, is included at the back of the house where there is also a shed with lots of storage space..
Currently, this is a home of 3 UEA PhD students who are all independent, open-minded, nice and tidy. We all are exempt from council tax,


[b]From the 1st November [/b] onwards there are two rooms vacated and suitable for moving in ASAP. One, the smaller room, costs £245, and the bigger one £265. This induces free central heating as it is subsidised by city council and hence no additional money for extra heating when it gets colder.
The costs of water, internet and electricity excluded and would add another to £20-30/month.
