I am a female homeowner looking for a friendly mature clean housemate [preferably female & non-smoker]to live in my large sunny spare double room with plain painted walls and stripped floorboards. I have a very good double bed with draw divan and the room has built in cupboard/wardrobe with hanging rail and shelf which my current housemate uses as a wardrobe. Rent includes all bills and rates including wireless internet. House is available as soon as you want it.

I am generally out of the house between 8 and 6 daily - but sometimes later. I like to socialise out and come home to chill out. Friends do come over from time to time but i would definitely say home life is quiet - its my place to rest away from work and socialising. this does not preclude the odd glass of red on the sofa though...!

ooh and you should be a cat lover too...Felix is the real head of the house!
