I have a double bedroom available in a modern house within close proximity to the UEA, whilst being within walking distance of the city. The property has a private garden (ideal for BBQ's in the summer) and parking.

I am a 31 professional male who works in norwich as a Quantity Surveyor. In my spare time i like to go to the gym in an effort to try and keep fit(ish), but then tend to undo my good work by having a beer or three with friends. I am also studying for a degree via open university which keeps me on my toes. When i'm not participating in any of the above, i'm usually found relaxing in front of the telly.....

The house is pretty clean and tidy and i respect the privacy of others.

I'm looking for £350/month which would include for all bills.
