Our client is a professional organisation with offices throughout the UK. Due to holiday cover they are looking for a Secretary for their Kings Lynn office for four days only, dates being Tuesday 27th May 08 – Friday 30th May 08.

Duties include some diary management to support a Partner, general administration and audio typing.

The suitable candidate will have experience of audio typing. You will also be well presented and have a clear and polite telephone manner as there will be some client contact via telephone.

Hours are 9am to 5.30pm Monday to Friday.
