Training and Development Officer
Cocoabean - it takes understanding to be outstanding
Cocoabean have a fantastic opportunity for an experienced trainer to work with a large call centre based just outside of Norwich.
About the job;
You will undertake design, development and delivery of training programmes and new starter inductions. With this you will be providing coaching to all staff on a daily basis and making sure that the department complies with regulated guidelines.
About you;
* Experience in training, coaching and developing programmes for large oragnisations
* Have experience of working within regulated environments
* Able to identify new areas of learning and development
* Building relationships with an array of individuals from all walks of life
* Managing change, seeking and encouraging others to seek opportunities within the business

* Highly organised and driven individuals who love to share their knowledge with others
* Excellent communication skills
* Able to demonstrate initiative and knowledge whilst thinking outside the box
* Hit the ground running and be able to work under pressure
