Points of Light Healing Practice

Spiritual healing is described in the NFSH Healing Trust Code of Conduct in the following way….. “Spiritual healing is restoring the balance of body, mind and spirit of the recipient. It is a natural, non-invasive, holistic approach that has the intention of promoting self-healing, to bring a sense of well-being and peace to the recipient”.

The Code then defines the work of the healer…… “It can further be described as a stilling of oneself to find the inner peaceful core, then connecting with the universal source of Peace and Love with the intention of channelling that energy through oneself for the benefit of another”

Spiritual Healing, can assist your body and emotions to heal themselves. The natural wisdom of the body will use the energy in the most appropriate way. The healing takes 30-40 minutes, but allow an hour in total.

Indian Head Massage

If you suffer from tight shoulder/neck muscles or tension headaches, treat yourself to an Indian Head Massage. This can help to ease tension out of your shoulders, neck and scalp. A head massage takes 40 minutes.

Thai Foot Massage

A real treat for your feet! Thai foot massage is similar to reflexology in that it uses reflex points on the feet, but the difference is that these reflexes are stimulated with the hands and a wooden Thai acupressure tool. The massage also includes the lower legs up to the knees, for an all-round foot massage which is both relaxing yet stimulating. A massage takes an hour.
