Unfurnished, double bedroom available in modern house, north city. You would share a bathroom with one other, parking is available and we have a garden and wi-fi. We are professional females (aged 27 & 30) so prefer things fairly quiet during the week but are very active with various things during weekends and looking forward to barbeques in the summer... We rent through an agency so they would ask for references and check bank details/ ask for a deposit etc... The house is 4 years old and we love living here- we think it's a total bargain as well- arrange to come and see the house for yourself- room is available from now!
