Housemate needed in house with 3 lovelt students (£250 pcm)

Hi,
We are a group of 3 girls looking for a fourth housemate. All 3rd year students at the UEA. Our 4th person has not been back to the house since August and we are therefore replacing her! She has not paid her share of any of the bills and we are all out of pocket!
House is great- Avenue road- 15 min walk to town. 20 min walk to uni. We are all 3rd years- love going out etc etc.
House is through Kents (so may need tp pay a £40 fee to switch over). Also we would need £67 to cover water until march, tv licence share- (about £32), internet set up fee (£35- this covers 2 months internet/tv/phone use as well)- sounds expensive but once its paid its paid! x
