Our client has just purchased a well established city centre restaurant in Norwich. To complement the team we are seeking a competent Sous Chef to work alongside the Head Chef in the day to day running of the restaurant. Ensuring highest standards of presentation are adhered to and all health and safety requirements are met.
The venue is a 2 Rosette restaurant based in the city centre – recently taken over by a new owner. Brigade of 4. All fresh food, modern English menu
Experienced Sous or a very good CDP looking for first step up. Ideally with experience in a rosette environment. Must be open minded to new ideas and passionate to drive the business forward.
