Hi, I have just bought a nice house in Sprowston. Im living on my own at the mo as my previous housemate has moved out. The house has a conservatory, kitchen diner and nice lounge, parking in a cul de sac, sky tv and internet, also with enclosed gardens.

Its a spacious 2 bed house and Im looking to rent out a double room - its just 2 miles from the city centre in a nice area. Can be anytime from now really..

Im 28 and have just recently started working as manager in a bank, Im pretty chilled in the week, mainly just go to the gym etc.. and im also a tidy person. Im far from quiet though so dont be worried im a complete bore. I like my going out at weekends for drinks and dancing with friends but if theres a going on to a party I generally go round to friends rather than bring people back (always nice to come back to a peaceful house) :-)

Im looking for someone whos a bit fun as nice to be able to have a few conversations and laughs if at home, but whos also pretty chilled , tidy and respectful as im the same!

Im after a girl to move in more as my previous housemate Kelly was very easy to live with, hey I dont mind watching the odd chick flick and fashion channel, I get it sometimes with my girl mates and three sisters anyway ha (just dont tell my mates)..
Maybe a bloke though but if youre anything like my mates youll be way to hectic, loud, messy and irrisponsible but its worth a try..
