3 4 bed house needed for our large 3 bed semi
We have a lovely semi detached house in a quiet cul-de-sac of only 10 houses. It is in a lovely area (NR5 8BN) close to schools, doctors, dentists, bus routes, hospital and plenty of natural beauty areas. It has fully fitted carpets throughout the upstairs and lounge and real stone flooring fitted to the kitchen, downstairs toilet, upstairs bathroom and hallway. There are 3 double bedrooms although the smallest is 7ftx9ft. The garden is medium in size and comes with a decent wooden shed. We put down turf this year so the lawn is in good condition and there is also decking which will be left. To the side of the house there is a private driveway which is concealed by double gates and the front garden is fenced off with its own gate.
