It will be down to you to ensure your team of talented call centre advisors continue to provide an outstanding level of customer service.
This will involve organising their activities for the day and, just as importantly, providing them with all the support, encouragement and coaching they need to meet and exceed challenging, though realistic, sales and quality targets.
As well as responsibility for team performance and development, you'll also work in close liaison with your manager on a range of ongoing strategic projects.
Development is at the heart of all our activities - developing our customer offering, and developing the people who deliver it. So this is a valuable opportunity to enhance the management and people skills you've gained in a sales environment.
We'll also make full use of your proven managerial or supervisory experience, in a key role that calls for lots of enthusiasm, a real drive to succeed and an approach that's both flexible and hands-on.
