The kitchen is equipped with fridge/freezers, oven, washing machine, microwave and toaster. The house has gas central heating. A wireless internet connection is available, and the cost would be shared with the other housemates.
Rent: £275 per month, inclusive of bills. The lease is until 30 June, 2010.
