WHAT DO WE WANT

WE WILL NOT GIVE THIS PROPERTY UP FOR JUST ANYTHING, ESPECIALLY THOSE NEEDING THOUSANDS SPENT ON THEM.
We have been offered quite a few of these by people wanting to leave their scruffy homes behind for us to sort out & move into our well presented home.
We are not prepared to give ours up for places that need work done on them both inside & out, costing us a fortune to put it right.
As our intentions are to make this our last move, we will only accept the right type of property because what we are giving up, is a very rare find & needs no work done on it.
WE NEED TO GET CLOSER TO SUPPORTING NETWORK.
We have spent out alot of money on getting this place looking nice after the last tenants destroyed it so we are looking for like minded people who look after their properties. SO..............................

If someone would like to offer us a large 3-4 bed bungalow with rooms as large as what we have already got or bigger, with large rear garden OR a large 4 bed disabled adapted house (disabled annex) with separate dining room with large rear garden in villages outside of Great Yarmouth then we would certainly consider the offer... We are prepared to view a large 3 bed house with separate diner in the following areas.

We will also look at suitable properties close to Great Plumpstead, Norfolk. Any village location close to Great Yarmouth ie Winterton, Caister, Hemsby & Bradwell or any village close to Lowestoft ie Corton, Southwold.
Also looking for Hunstanton, Heacham, Sandringham & Snettisham.
Must have village shop, good bus service & close to large town with all the amenities.
