THE HOUSE - 4 bedroom, non-smoking, well decorated and modern house, wireless broadband, wii, HD tv/dvd, all mod cons (dishwasher/washing machine etc) huge garden with table/gas bbq and guest caravan.

THE ROOM - Single bed, Chest of draws, TV point, blackout blind, lock from inside and outside with personal key, luxury carpet. If own furniture, existing can be removed.

LIVING WITH - 2, 30 year old female professionals who work full-time. We enjoy going out at the weekend to music events, Rocco's, Ponana's, Pams House etc or having a friendly BBQ in the garden. During the week we like a quiet life and enjoy sharing wine, DVD's and cooking meals. We are both easy going, clean and thoughtful.

FLATMATE - Ideally would like to share with someone over 20, must work full-time, be non-smoking and have an easy going, fun attitude. Must be thoughtful of others, doing their share of house tasks. Must like dogs and not have had any criminal convictions.

£275 damage deposit and a months rent in advance will be required.
