We have one single room available. The room is well furnished with a desk, chair, wardrobe, and a single bed. The house has 5 bed rooms and a clean and tidy common kitchen shared with 4 UEA students (3 postgraduates, 1 undergraduate), who are 2 males / 2 females. As a current female housemate will leave in January, a new female resident is preferable for us in order to keep the gender balance in this house. For further details are below:

– £56 p/week + 1 month deposit (£240)

– from 17th November 2009 to July 2010 (minimum stay for 3 months)

– 20 seconds to a bus stop to the city centre by Konectbus No. 3 & 4 (10 mins)

the map on Gumtree shows a bit wrong position. The actual position is much closer to the roundbout.
