THE HOUSE

We have a small room in a very musical house on Pembroke Road next to the Garden House Pub. Musical because two of us play the drums and one plays guitar and the house is scattered with instruments.

*The room is approximately 7ft by 11ft and comes with a double bed and a wardrobe.

***BUT whoever moves in pretty much gets control of the lounge - the biggest room in the house - because hardly use it and it needs a make over!

*The rest of the house is fully furnished but the furniture is pretty studenty.

*Bills are approximately another £10 per week.

*Unthank Road with shops and regular busses to Uni is a stones throw and the city centre is a 10 minute walk.

*There's a garden that only gets used to smoke in so you can have that as well!

ABOUT US

We are three boys/men 24 - 28 looking for anyone who likes the place. I work as a music workshop practitioner weds to friday, another works as a sound engineer days evenings and weekends, another is a 'norma'l engineer, from 9 - 5 daily.

We like to play in the day which is why the house would suit a 9 - 5er or a student who's out studying in the day. We don't play in the evenings unless everyone is out and are actually quite most of the time.

We are clean and tidy, like going to gigs, holidaying, going out etc.

ABOUT YOU

*Basically the house is very cheap for the area and just needs a chilled out girl or boy who is quite open minded and doesn't mind living around music.
