The house is a large brand new detached house, fully furnished, with all mod-cons; Sky, Wireless Broadband etc. It's about 2 mins from the Longwater Sainsbury's with all the shops and facilities there.

I'm looking for a house share, all the bills are included in the price, with someone to have their own private double bedroom (with fitted wardrobes), bathroom and possible use of another bedroom/study - effectively one half of the upstairs and then joint use of the downstairs which has two sitting/living rooms (both with TVs, Sky, sofas etc), large dining room and kitchen. There is a large garden and garage/driveway.

I'm 25 and work in the city at Norwich Union, I enjoy playing football, go to the gym (when I muster the willpower), go to see a lot of bands at the UEA.Waterfront etc. Have got two tortoises - Sharon and Dave, they keep themselves to themselves in their tank or in the garden.

I drive into work each day in the centre of town and it only takes me about 15/20 mins. The UEA and the hospital are less than 10 mins away in the car and the bus into the city takes about 25-30 mins.
